Joshua Campbell is an experienced leader, business owner, and entrepreneur with almost 20 years' experience driving operational success.
He currently sits on the Boards for Success Group International and Perfect Technician Academy. He was featured in Lennox Premier News and Compass Magazines, where he was recognized for his leadership, culture, growth, and community service. Joshua has led his company to win the Centurion Award for Excellence, an award given to the top 4% of Lennox Contractors nationwide. Joshua also contributes his expertise on a live weekly Saturday morning radio show, "Ask the Experts," where he discusses various industry topics. Mr. Campbell is frequently solicited to participate in speaking engagements with industry leading software manufacturers such as Service Titan, charity groups such as Folds of Honor and Ronald McDonald house as well as affinity groups in his industry such as SGI and Nexstar . He also makes time to speaks to students at local high schools and technical schools, and participates in a variety of podcasts.
It is no surprise Joshua has been so successful in business as he comes from four generations of successful entrepreneurs, having grown up watching his grandfather and father run successful companies. Joshua founded Campbell Mechanical and served as President for nine years before founding Rescue Air Heating and Cooling, where he now leads a team of 40 in sales, staff development, and community relations. Mr. Campbell has the distinction of at one point being the youngest person in the State of Virginia to hold two Journeyman Tradesman Licenses in the fields of Mechanical and Electrical, having achieved both by the age of 19.
